Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at THERAPLAY.SG.
We are committed to getting your packages to you as soon as possible. This means, however, that all orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders or change delivery options.
But we understand - mistakes happen. If you would like to cancel your order and place a new one instead, please contact us at hello@theraplay.sg within 60 minutes of your purchase so we can help!
Local Order and Shipment processing time
All orders may take up to two weeks to be processed. This is to give our local workshop ample time to craft your item. If you have a mix of in-stock and pre-order / customised items in your cart, kindly note that they will be dispatched together when the pre-order / customised item is ready.
We cannot wait for you to receive your parcel! For orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping (between $4 (small box - $8 large box). Standard Shipping within Singapore is on us for orders above S$80.
We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers, and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.
Above delivery rates shall be subjected to changes without notice. The rates shall, however be reflected during check out and before payment.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Please save all packaging materials and defective or damaged products before filing for exchange or refund.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. Shipping cost is based on total weight of the items in your cart, and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
